Renting of villas and apartments

This is a new concept for the expansion of Luang Prabang, this formula is an alternative to hotels and guesthouses. The first company to start this idea is the Mekong Estate who managed, in only a few years, to construct and renovate numerous houses.

To rent a furnished apartment or house, with or without services included (breakfast, cleaning, various other services), by the week or by the month.

The Mekong Estate is a subsidiary of the real estate company Inthado created in 2005 by Jean-Pierre Dovat, a Swiss architect - Khamphanh Inthavong, a builder born in Luang Prabang and Françoise Gouézou, a French consultant. Fascinated by the beauty of this city, they created The Mekong Estate so as to offer to visitors the possibility of staying in charming lodgings in Luang Prabang.
The Mekong Estate proposes several charming villas and apartments for rent. Mainly situated on the banks of the Mekong river, there are a dozen exceptional dwellings for rent from Sunday to Sunday.
